Terms of use
Renny — Household OS is a private household service for invited members. These terms describe its intended use.
Access and account control
Access is by invitation only. Use your own authorised accounts, protect your devices and do not share access credentials or pairing material. Connecting Google or WhatsApp requires the account holder’s consent. The public information site does not grant access to the application.
Shared household use
Use Renny for agreed household organisation. Shared shopping, tasks, calendar events and finance records are available to authorised household members, including records requested through a private bot chat. Private conversational contexts remain separate as described in the privacy notice.
Only request changes you are authorised to make. Review confirmation previews carefully and check important dates, figures and saved results. The service does not independently authorise purchases, payments, account applications or financial commitments.
Availability and third parties
This is an evolving household tool without a guaranteed uptime or response time. Connections may pause or require renewed consent, and AI interpretation can be unavailable or wrong. Google, Cloudflare and WhatsApp have their own terms and controls. WAHA is an unofficial WhatsApp integration that may disconnect or stop working and can carry account restrictions or blocking risk; it is not endorsed by WhatsApp.
Keep normal access to your calendar and important records. If an operation has an uncertain outcome, review the canonical record before repeating it. Do not rely on this tool as the sole means of handling an urgent matter.
Ending use or raising a concern
You can stop using the service and revoke third-party connections. Ask the operator through your existing private contact channel about local access, export or deletion. Provider records and backups are handled separately as explained in the privacy notice. Changes to these terms will be dated here; changes affecting members should be discussed with them.
